By renting a vehicle from Level Up Luxuri, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in penalties or termination of service.

2. Rental Requirements

• Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

• A valid credit or debit card is required for security deposits.

• Insurance coverage must be verified before the rental period begins.

3. Payment and Deposits

• Full payment is required before vehicle pickup.

• A security deposit will be held and refunded upon the vehicle’s safe return.

• Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

• The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving.

• Smoking and pets are not allowed in the vehicle.

• Additional drivers must be approved by Level Up Luxuri before operating the rental.

5. Damage and Liability

• Renters are responsible for any damages, fines, or toll fees incurred during the rental.

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were rented.

• Insurance claims and deductibles are the responsibility of the renter.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental period may qualify for a partial refund.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a non-refundable charge.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information provided during booking is protected under our Privacy Policy.

• We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

8. Amendments to Terms

Level Up Luxuri reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
