1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a partial refund after applicable processing fees.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

• Security deposits will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in its original condition, minus any applicable fees.

• No refunds will be issued for early returns, no-shows, or rental terminations due to policy violations.

3. Modification Policy

• Rental modifications must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

• Any rate changes due to modifications will be communicated before approval.
